Privacy policy

Your requests (form, assistant, WhatsApp, phone)

When you send the form, we receive your name, your email, your phone number if you give it, the device concerned and your message. This information is used only to answer you, to prepare a quote and, if you confirm, to carry out the repair. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before a contract, and your consent. It is kept while your request is handled and then for at most 3 years after our last exchange (invoices are kept for 10 years, as French law requires).

The assistant on the home page runs in your browser: what you type there is not recorded by the site. If you choose to send your request on WhatsApp, the exchange goes through WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland) under its own terms.

Your devices and files

During a repair, your files are never opened or copied without your consent. A backup copy is offered before any work on the storage, and nothing is kept after the handover unless you ask in writing.

Analytics and advertising (cookies)

Only with your consent, the site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd) to measure traffic and the performance of our ads. Until you accept, no measurement cookie is set: Google only receives cookieless technical signals with no advertising identifier (“consent mode”). Your choice is remembered for 6 months in your browser. Google may transfer data to the United States under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Recipients

Your data is never sold or rented. Only TB Device Care can access it and, for storing the site and emails, our host Hostinger International Ltd (Cyprus, European Union), acting on our behalf.

Your rights

You can access your data, have it corrected or erased, object to its use, restrict it, ask for portability and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to contact@tbdevicecare.com. If you think your rights are not respected, you can complain to the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
