What we repair

What I repair, and at what price

For each one: what the job is for, who it is for, how much it costs and how long it takes.

Gaming laptop opened at the workshop: copper heat pipes, two fans, battery

Laptop processor with its old thermal paste

01 · Laptop

It overheats, lags or shuts down.

Why it helps: Dust and dried thermal paste make the processor run hot: it slows down to protect itself, then shuts off. A service brings back speed and quiet, and extends its life.
Who it’s for: Students, remote workers, gamers: anyone who can’t go a week without a computer.
Price: €59service + paste · SSD €49 · free diagnosis
Turnaround: 24–48 hoften next day

Gaming desktop built at the workshop, blue-lit fans and a Gigabyte graphics card

Hard drive and memory sticks on a motherboard

02 · Desktop and gaming PCs

Noisy, slow or unstable.

Why it helps: A case full of dust pushes the graphics card and the processor to high temperatures. Dust clean, new paste and tidy cables: the performance comes back.
Who it’s for: Gamers, creators, and the family PC that takes three minutes to start.
Price: €25dust clean · gaming PC from €49

PlayStation 5 console and controller under blue and purple light

PS5 opened at the workshop: fan and heatsink

03 · PlayStation 4 and 5

Loud, shutting down or no picture.

Why it helps: A loud console that turns off mid-game needs a cleaning and new paste. Black screen on the TV? Often the HDMI port, which we re-solder.
Who it’s for: PS4 and PS5 players, and parents whose console won’t turn on the day before the holidays.
Price: €55PS5 service · PS4 €29 · HDMI €69
Turnaround: 24 hHDMI: 48 to 72 h

Xbox Series X console and controller in a blue-lit room

04 · Xbox Series X, S and One

Noise, overheating, black screen.

Why it helps: The vent pulls in dust from the whole room. We open it, clean it, replace the thermal paste, and solder a new HDMI port if the picture no longer comes through.
Who it’s for: Xbox Series X, Series S and One players.
Price: €45service · HDMI €79

Why servicing matters

What dust does to a fan

The more dust builds up, the faster the fan spins to compensate, without managing to cool. Here, in orders of magnitude, is what happens when a laptop is never opened.

I’m the one who answers you, and the one who repairs.

My name is Tudor. I’m an engineering student at Institut Polytechnique de Paris, and I repair the way I was taught to solve a problem: observe, measure, isolate the cause, then check the result.
