Windows installation
We prepare a clean installation when the system is unstable, overloaded or needs to be put back into service. Before reinstalling, we check which data must be kept and whether the device is compatible.
What we check first
A reinstallation starts only after the need is clear.
- Storage condition and whether the device can boot.
- Personal data to back up or transfer.
- Required drivers and configuration compatibility.
- Available Windows licence and legal activation.
What the installation includes
The exact scope is confirmed in the quote before work.
- Windows 11 installation when the hardware is compatible.
- Drivers and essential updates.
- Basic setup and boot test.
- Additional software only on request and with legal licences.
Data and licences
Data is not deleted without agreement. Windows and Office are installed only with legal licences supplied or validated.

We check what must be backed up before the operation. A separate backup service can be discussed.
Do you install Office?
Only with a legal licence and when included in the quote.
Workshop and device collection
The main workshop is at my home in Villiers-sur-Marne, by appointment. As a student at Institut Polytechnique de Paris, I can also arrange collection and return of laptops, desktop PCs and PlayStation or Xbox consoles in the Palaiseau–IP Paris area. The meeting point and arrangements are agreed before collection. Next-day return may be possible depending on the work and parts availability; the timing is confirmed for each device.
